The Flexi-Hex single bottle pinch top boxes are a new, innovative solution for safely packing and despatching bottle products. Made up of two components, this kit effectively protects single bottles during transit resulting in a significant drop in breakage. The patented design Flexi-Hex sleeve expands to create a honeycomb layer to put around the bottle, offering unrivalled impact resistant protection, whilst the e-flute, self-sealing pinch top postal box provides added protection, reducing movement and migration during storage and transit. Fast and easy to use, simply slide the bottle into the honeycomb sleeve ensuring it covers the whole bottle, place the sleeve into the outer box and seal with the self-sealing flap; it’s as easy as that. And for a frustration free experience for your customer, there is also an easy to use tear open strip. Versatile and adaptable, the Flexi-Hex sleeve works for most bottle shapes and sizes, up to 90mm diameter and 320mm height.
