- Our acceptance of your order for Goods will take place when we email you to confirm your order, indicating that your order has been fulfilled and is on its way to you, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. If we confirm your order, we will charge you for the Goods. No part of this Web Site is intended to constitute a contractual offer capable of acceptance by you.
- If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this by email and will not charge you for the Goods. This might be because the Goods are out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for or because we have identified an error in the price or description of the Goods.

- All pricing information on this Web Site is correct at the time of going online. The price payable by you shall be the price quoted on the Web Site at the time of placing the relevant order. We reserve the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary. All pricing information is reviewed and updated regularly.
- In the event that prices are changed during the period between your order being placed for Goods and our processing that order and taking payment, we will contact you prior to your order being processed with details of the new price. You may cancel your order if the new price is not acceptable.
- We will invoice you once we have received the confirmation from our gateway that the transaction has been completed.
- Dimensions given in the webshop and on bespoke orders can vary by up to 3 mm.
- When producing bespoke boxes, you have no right to reject the supply if it varies from the specification and that variation is not material to their use or functionality or is a variation in the quantity which is within 10% of the amount ordered. Printed price and plates are subjected to the sight of the artwork and the tooling which is charged at extra unless otherwise stated, and will be charged separately unless otherwise agreed. Any tooling purchased by the customer will be stored for the 18 months following the date of the last production run. After 18 months of inactivity, Weedon Corrugated Products reserves the right to dispose of the tooling unless the customer requests delivery of the obsolete tooling.

- We will deliver the Goods to you via our own vehicles or third party transport at the cost stated in our order confirmation. Cost of delivery may be included dependent upon your location. We reserve the right to not accept the order dependent upon your location and accessibility of the delivery location for our vehicles.
- The estimated timeframe for delivery of the Goods within the United Kingdom is up to 7 Working Days.
- Customers will receive a confirmation email to the address provided confirming the delivery date. - We aim to always provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged. However, on occasion Goods may need to be returned to us. If any Goods you purchase are damaged, faulty or do not match their description when delivered to you we may, at our sole discretion, offer a repair, exchange or refund, as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights.

- Where you return Goods to us for reasons other than such Goods being defective or faulty as set out in clause 12, we will only accept unwanted products at our sole discretion within 30 days of delivery. The Goods must be unopened, in a saleable condition and will be subject to a restocking fee of ÂŁ50.00.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that any Goods that are returned to us are safely and securely packaged to ensure that they are returned undamaged and suitable for re-sale. Goods are not sold on a trial or return basis.
- Our 30 days return policy and the right of withdrawal shall not apply to bespoke or customised goods made or produced based on customer’s specifications.

However, if there is insufficient stock to supply or deliver the Goods already paid for by you, we shall, at our discretion, supply or deliver a substituted product or refund the price paid for the Goods as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days or, where you are an account customer, we may, at our absolute discretion, raise a credit to offset the amount invoiced to you.
